DHAKA: The 111th meeting of the Executive Committee (EC) of the Board of Directors of Standard Bank Ltd was held recently at  Board Room of Head Office of the bank, said a press release.
 
The Executive Committee Chairman Alhaj Mohammad Shamsul Alam presided over the meeting.

The meeting was attended, among others, by members of the Committee Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ferozur Rahman, SAM Hossain, Mohammed Abdul Aziz & Gulzar Ahmed Managing Director M Nazmus Salehin, DMD & Group Company Secretary AFM Nizamul Islam Chowdhury and DMD Mamun-Ur Rashid.

The EC took various important decisions regarding bank’s investment policy in the field of trade, commerce & industries and approved proposals received from different branches in respect of financing of working capital for industries & other import, export & commercial trading businesses etc.
