The government has suspended the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations, scheduled for 21, 23, and 25 July, under all education boards due to the worsening law and order situation in the country.

Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee made the announcement in a statement issued this afternoon.

However, other examinations will be held from 28 July as per the pre-announced schedule, it said.

Earlier on 16 July, the committee suspended the HSC and its equivalent examination scheduled for today on the same ground.
