DHAKA: A Dhaka court Saturday placed cinema production house JAJ Multimedia Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sish Monowar on two-day remand in a kidnap case. 

Metropolitan Magistrate Ataur Rahman passed the order after hearing in the afternoon.     

Earlier Sub-Inspector Qamrul Islam produced him before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) court seeking a 10-day remand.

Police arrested Sish Monowar from his Mohammadpur residence in the morning in abduction case of JAJ Multimedia accountant Sajib, who was kidnapped on his way from home to office on April 26.
