Mr. R. Basil has been appointed as the Executive Director & CEO of STS Holdings Ltd with effect from 6th January 2014. He will be based at Dhaka and will be responsible for leading all the transformational initiatives of our healthcare business to achieve greater heights of organic & inorganic growth.

In this capacity, Basil will hold full charge as the head of all our healthcare businesses such as Apollo Dhaka, the Chittagong Hospital, the Clinics and the planned Medical College that will come under STS Holdings Ltd.

Basil is a Post Graduate Engineer in Industrial Power Systems from Cochin University of Science & Technology with 33 years of professional management and business leadership experience in various Sectors.

Here his focus will include clinical & service reputation, financial success, customer satisfaction, employee & physician satisfaction/engagement, institutionalization of new processes and enhancing share-holder value.
