India has reported 2,48,114 cases and 6,954 deaths from coronavirus till Sunday (June 7), according to latest figure from worldometer.

While 1,19,293 COVID-19 patients have recovered in the country, 121,868 are active cases, the source reported.

Besides, the coronavirus (Covid-19) death toll has climbed to 4,02,686 worldwide till Sunday afternoon. 

A total of 70,08,556 people have been infected and 34,28,962 people have recovered worldwide from the disease, according to latest data from worldometer.

A total of 213 countries and territories and two international conveyances have been infected in the deadly disease.

The World Health Organization declared the coronavirus crisis a pandemic on March 11.
