Srinagar: Kashmir police has said Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was detected in Pulwama region recently.

They were found in Circle Road.

Police said the IED was destroyed by Bomb Disposal Squad.

Kashmir Police Zone tweeted: "Improvised Explosive Device (IED) detected at Circle Road, #Pulwama. Destroyed by Bomb Disposal Squad. A major incident averted. Further details shall follow. @JmuKmrPolice."
