SAVAR, DHAKA: At least 20 people were injured as a passenger bus overturned on Dhaka-Aricha highway in Jorpul bus stand area of Savar in city on Sunday morning.

The injured were sent to local hospital.

Sources said that a Gulistan-bound bus of D-link Paribahan overturned on Jorpul bus stand area road while the driver trying to overtake another bus at around 9:00am, leaving 20 people injured.

Savar Model Thana Sub-Inspector Farid Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
