DHAKA: The students of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) put blockade on streets of the city’s Azimpur, New market and Dhaka University areas on Sunday.

Following a road accident, the students created blockade and vandalized a private car.

Earlier, a BUET student became injured as a passenger bus knocked her at around 9:30am.

Later, locals rushed her to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Confirming the matter, Chalkbazar Thana Officer-in-Charge Azizul Haque told banglanews, “We are taking necessary steps regarding the incident”.
