49-kg gold seized at Ctg airport

CHITTAGONG: Customs officials of Shah Amanat International Airport of the port city Thursday seized some 420 abandoned gold bars from a Flight from Dubai.

Assistant commissioner of Chittagong Customs Moshiur Rahman Mandal confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He also said that they recovered some 420 gold bars, weighed about 49-kg, and worth about Tk 20 crores from a flight from Dubai.
