DHAKA: BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir alleged that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was instigating terrorism talking about ‘Self Defense’ in regard of Chhatra League’s incident at Rajshahi University.

He came up with the allegation while addressing a discussion at National Press Club in the capital on Friday.

Mirza Fakhrul Islam said, “Innocent people are being killed bringing allegation of attacking on the car fleet of Asaduzzaman Noor.”

He also alleged that law enforcers were being used for crimes against humanity.

On last Sunday, Chhatra League activists attacked general students, who were protesting against increased fees and the introduction of evening courses, on the campus. Activists of Chhatra League were seen wielding firearms and shooting at random on the general students.
