DHAKA: An MA student, named Rubel from Madaripur, said education minister Nurul Islam Nahid has no competency to run the ministry as he failed to prevent question paper leak.          

He came up with the observation after joining a public opinion program, titled ‘Question paper leak: what is the solution?’ arranged by banglanews, on Sunday noon.

Rubel termed Nahid as the top failure and incompetence minister of the present cabinet.

He also demanded immediate resignation of the minister.
