Nasim rules out BNP’s demand for supportive government

DHAKA: Awami League presidium member and health minister Mohammad Nasim has ruled out the BNP’s demand for election-time supportive government.

He said this while he was speaking at an Iftar party in the city on Thursday (June 15). Democratic Alliance arranged the Iftar party.

Mohammad Nasim said that that there is no existence of such process in the Constitution. The next general election will be held under the supervision the current Election Commission as per the constitution, he added.

The minister also said that there is no supportive government in anywhere across the world.
Coordinator of the alliance Alamgir Majumder presided over the function, while general secretary of Gonotantri Party Dr Shahadat Hossain and leaders of Awami League-led 14-party alliance spoke on the occasion.
