DHAKA: Bangladesh defeated West Indies by 5 wickets to reach final of the tri-nation ODI series in Ireland on Monday (May 13).

Mushfiqur Rahim and Soumya Sarkar scored 63 and 54 runs respectively. Besides, Mohammad Mithun bagged 43 while Mahmudullah took not out 30 to reach the target.

West Indies set a 248-run target for Bangladesh by losing nine wickets.

Shai Hope’s 87 runs off 108 balls and JO Holder’s 62 off 76 balls helped Carribean lions score 247 runs.
