DHAKA: Pakistan has set a 349-run target for hosts England in the sixth match of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 at Trent Bridge in Nottingham on Monday (June 3).
Babar Azam’s 63 off 66 balls, Mohammad Hafeez, 84 off 62 balls helped Pakistan post 348 runs for 8 in their stipulated 50 overs.
After winning the toss, Eoin Morgan said, “It (The pitch) looks very good. So, hopefully we play well enough today”.
Sarfaraz Ahmed: I wanted to bowl first too. It looks a good batting surface. The short-ball v West Indies was just a one-off I think. We have played five ODIs - not thinking about the losses.
The way Pakistan folded in that first game of their World Cup campaign at the same venue in Nottingham.
These two sides played each other in a five-match series just last month, and while England won 4-0.
