DHAKA: New Zealand have won the toss and opted to bowl against Bangladesh in the 9th match of the World Cup 2019 group game at the Oval on Wednesday

With same points of the table, both the teams have kept their earlier combination intact in the match.

Mashrafe said: “Would have liked to bowl. It's not going to be easy but need to hang in there.”  

Williamson said, “We're going to bowl, it's a fresh surface. It was a good performance against Sri Lanka but you prepare and adapt for the new opposition.”

The Kiwis, one of the favourites despite not winning any World Cup, crushed Sri Lanka by 10 wickets, after bowling them out for 136 in the third match of the tournament.

Tigers, on the other hand, defeated South Africa by 21 runs in the fifth match of the World Cup 2019.
