DHAKA: Bangladesh have set a 245–run target for New Zealand in the 9th match of the World Cup 2019 group game at the Oval on Wednesday

Earlier New Zealand won the toss and sent Bangladesh to bat first.

Tigers lost all wickets to score 244 runs in 49.2 overs. Shakib Al Hasan took 64 uns off 68 balls, Tamim Iqbal 24 runs, Soumya Sarkar 25, Mithun 26 and Saifuddin scored not out 29 runs.

Henry picked up three wickets while Boult two wickets for New Zealand.

With same points of the table, both the teams have kept their earlier combination intact in the match.

The Kiwis, one of the favourites despite not winning any World Cup, crushed Sri Lanka by 10 wickets, after bowling them out for 136 in the third match of the tournament.

Tigers, on the other hand, defeated South Africa by 21 runs in the fifth match of the World Cup 2019.
