Monalisa Sanitary Napkin has held an awareness campaign on Menstrual Period at all women's halls at Jahangirnagar University (JU).

JU Sheikh Hasina Hall provost Hosne Ara was present as guest among the representatives from Bashundhara Paper Mills Limited at the programme held on Thursday, according to a press release.  

The discussion focused on the importance of hygiene and different topics related to menstrual health. Around 1,600 girl students received Monalisa Sanitary Napkin as a token of Bashundhara Group.

Officials mentioned that the programme will go on to create period awareness across the country.
