The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) has canceled the admission of 169 students of class one of Viqarunnisa Noon School. 

These students got admitted to the school in 2024.

DSHE took this decision on Wednesday (28 February) following a High Court report.

When asked, DSHE Director General Prof Nehal Ahmed said, Viqarunnisa had decided the age limit in the admission policy as per the instructions of DSHE. But at the end the school authority breached policy. For this reason, an instruction has come to the DSHE from the court to take action. In view of that instruction, the admission of 169 students has been cancelled.
