DHAKA: A teacher belongs to the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) awarded with the Education Leadership Award.

The winner Prof. Jude William R. Genilo is the head of the department of the Media Studies and Journalism at ULAB, a press release said on Monday sent by its public relations department.

CMO Asia, a Singapore-based organization dedicated to high-level knowledge exchange, on August 1 awarded the teacher at Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore, the release added.

The university authorities said that the Awards of the highest stature are presented to Individuals and Institutions who have surpassed several levels of its excellence and set an example of being a role model and exemplary leadership.

However, senior leaders, top educational institutes from countries like Singapore, Malaysia, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Korea, Japan, China, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Nepal and HR Heads of various organizations were present at the ceremony.
