DHAKA: Naila Nayem, a new Bangladeshi model and actress, is going to work in a film for the first time.

Naila, who is already got a good number of likers in Facebook, will act as an item girl in the movie titled ‘Run Out’ directed by Tonmoy Tansen.

Though, the shooting of the movie has been done in the meantime except this item song, sources added.

Naila will perform with the song on May 16 and 17.

‘Run Out’, produced by Sadat Mahmud Tanvir of New Gen Entertainment, is a romantic action movie.

The cast include Sajal Noor, Moushumi Nag, Romana Shwarna, Tanvir Hossain Probal, Mahmudul Islam Selim, Sabiha Masum, Goutam Saha, Jubayer Hillol and Zara.

Naila Nayem, also a dentist, was born on 14 December 1995 in Barisal.

She stepped into the showbiz as a ramp model and in a very short time she gained popularity because of her bold pictures she posted on her website and her social media accounts of Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest.

Her pictures earned widespread criticism even the charges of obscenity.

Naila popularity in social media gave her mainstream attention, which eventually led her to become one of the top ramp models in Bangladesh.

In 2013, Naila started acting in television dramas, music videos and performing in TVC as a model. Her most notable television drama is ‘Ghat Babu Nitai Chandra‘.

This drama was an adaptation of Sunil Gangopadhyay’s novel ‘Ghat Babu’.

The television drama also featured popular actor Fazlur Rahman Babu, Joy Raj and Dominique.
