DHAKA: The Health Ministry on Thursday issued show cause notices to three privately-run hospitals and warning notices to nine others across the city as they were operating services violating rules and regulations.

The notice issuances came after a high profile committee of the ministry visited different hospitals in the city as per directives of

Health Minister Mohammad Nasim.  

The ministry issued a press note at the night, disclosing the matter.

Hospitals, which are show-caused, are Holy Crescent Hospital of Mirpur, Crescent Heart Hospital in Shyamoli and Nursing Home & Hospital of Mohammadpur.

Senior information officer Parikkhit Chowdhury of the ministry confirmed the matter to banglanews.
