Ban Ki-moon, Chairman of the Boao Forum for Asia and former UN Secretary General, met with Bangladesh's Chief Adviser, Professor Muhammad Yunus, today at the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference in Hainan Province. 

In addition, Qu Dongyu, Director General of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), also held a meeting with the Chief Adviser.

Other key figures present during the meetings included Energy Adviser M Fouzul Kabir Khan, High Representative to the Chief Adviser Dr. Khalilur Rahman, Principal Secretary on SDGs Affairs Lamiya Morshed, and Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam.

Earlier today, Yunus also met with Executive Vice Premier of the State Council of China, Ding Xuexiang, on the sidelines of the event.
