DHAKA: Agriculture minister Matia Chowdhury commented that people of the country have come out of extreme poverty.

She made this comment while talking to the media after returning from eid vacation on Sunday.

According to the minister, people have enjoyed Eid-ul-Azha with a festive mood as their economic condition has improved.

Matia also exchanged eid greetings with the journalists and expressed greetings to the nation through the media.
