Zila Parishad chairmen take oath

DHAKA: The newly elected chairmen of Zilla (district) Parishads took oath on Wednesday morning (January 11).

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina administered the oath taking ceremony at her office (PMO) in the morning.

Earlier, the first-ever Zila Parishad polls of the country for electing chairmen and councilors was held on December 28.
