DHAKA: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia paid her tributes to the martyrs at the National Mausoleum in Savar on Sunday morning (March 26), the 47th Independence Day.

The BNP chief along with her party leaders placed wreaths at about 9:30 am. 

BNP’s secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed and other senior leaders of the party were present at the time.
