DHAKA: The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) issued an arrest warrant against Abdul Momin Talukder alias Khoka, 65, a former lawmaker from BNP for Bogra constituency 3, for crimes against humanity during the Liberation war in 1971.

After hearing, a 2-member ICT tribunal led by Justice M Shahinur Islam passed the order on Thursday (May 18).
