DHAKA: The Election Commission (EC) sat in a dialogue with Jatiya Party led by Anwar Hossain Manju Thursday (October 19), as part of the consecutive dialogues with the political parties.

A 15-member team of the party led by its Chairman Manju took part in the dialogue chaired by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda, at the EC meeting room at around 11:15am.

The JP team was supposed to present their recommendations in a written format to the EC.  

EC launched the series of dialogues with the political parties from August 24 and is scheduled to close it on October 24.
