BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will celebrate Eid-ul Fitr with her family in London after more than six years. 

She is currently staying at the residence of her eldest son, BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, where her daughter-in-law Zubaida Rahman, her late son Arafat Rahman Koko’s wife, and three granddaughters will join the celebrations.

BNP leaders Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan and Prof Dr AZM Zahid Hossain will also be in London for Eid, according to BNP’s media cell.

Khaleda Zia, who traveled to London in January for advanced medical treatment, is under the care of London Clinic specialists. 

After Eid, she may return to Bangladesh in April, depending on her medical team’s advice.
