CHITTAGONG: BNP standing committee member Nazrul Islam Khan has called upon his party leaders and activists to take preparations for the anti-government movement alongside the next general elections.

He made the call at an activists’ rally of the party in Chittgaong on Saturday (December 30).

The Chitagong city BNP arranged the rally at a community centre in the port city with the party’s city unit president Dr Shahadat Hossain in the chair.

The party’s another standing committee member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury, central vice chairman Meer Mohammad Nasir Uddin, BNP chairperson’s adviser Rozi Kabir, party’s central organizing Mahbubur Rahman Shamim also attended the program, among others.   

Nazrul Islam Khan said that the BNP does the politics of the democracy. So the party has the preparations for polls.
