DHAKA: A chase and counter chase took place between the BNP men and the police at the High Court area in the city on Wednesday (January 03).

Police detained at least 10 BNP men from there. The BNP men gathered there as the party chairperson Khaleda Zia appeared before a special court at Bakshibazar in the city.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Shahbagh police station Abul Hasan told Banglanews that police arrested some eight to ten people from the area.
