DHAKA: BNP senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi claimed that his party’s joint secretary general and Dhaka Metropolitan South unit president Habib-un-Nabi Khan Sohel was picked up by DB police. 

He made the allegation at a press conference in city’s Naya paltan central office on Tuesday morning (Feb 6).

Rizvi alleged that Sohel was picked up while returning to his Malibagh residence from BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s motorcade on early Tuesday. No one knows his whereabouts since then. Some saying he has been detained from Malibagh but the matter has been denied by the police.
