DHAKA: Four people were chopped in separate incidents in city between Sunday night and Monday morning.

The injured were identified as Jahir Talukdar 28, Mridul Chandra Majumdar, 25, Hafiz, 30 and Nazrul Islam, 35.

Sources said that hijackers chopped a worker of Drug International with lethal weapon in Mohakhali wireless School road area around 10:00pm. Meanwhile, another one was injured by miscreants around 9:30pm in Mohakhali public health quarter area.

Besides, two others were injured in Mirpur area by drug peddlers.

In-Charge of Dhaka Medical Camp Police Inspector Mozammel Haque confirmed the matter to banglanews.
