NARSINGDI: A man was shot to death by miscreants in front of Sheulibagh Bidyapit gate area under Sadar Upazila of the district on Thursday morning.

The deceased was identified as Mamun Mia, 30, son of late Shahid Mia.

Confirming the matter, Sub-Inspector Rafiq of Narshingdi Sadar Model Thana told banglanews, “The incident took place at around 11:00am. On information, police recovered the body.”

Investigation is underway to nab the killers and find out the motive behind the killing, the SI added.
