A motorcyclist was killed and two others were injured on Friday (November 29) as a truck hit their motorcycle in Ghoraghat Upazila of Dinajpur.

Md Nazmul Haque, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Ghoraghat Thana confrmed the matter to the media. 

The deceased was identified as Lutfur Rahman, (68), hailed from Balgari Shalikadah village in the upazila.

Officer-in-Charge of Ghoraghat Thana Md Nazmul Haque said 

The accident occurred this afternoon in the Kalabari area on the Dinajpur-Gobindaganj Regional Highway, OC said. 

Lutfur Rahman died on the way to Rangpur Medical College and Hospital, he added.

The injured people were admitted to medical college and hospital.
