Supreme Judicial Council sends report on Masuda Bhatti to President

The Supreme Judicial Council has submitted a report regarding Information Commissioner Masuda Bhatti to the President. 

The Supreme Court administration made the announcement on its website on January 9. 

Appellate Division Registrar Md Hasanuzzaman confirmed the report’s submission to the media.

Masuda, who was appointed as an information commissioner on August 24, 2023, is now under review following the submission.
