RAJSHAHI: Rajshahi University has warned the intern doctors of Rajshahi Medical College that it (RU) will not issue certificates if they continue to boycott classes and exams in the name of movement, disrupting Medicare at the hospital.

“We have to think about that,” said RU Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mizanuddin as journalists, supported by social activists of Rajshahi, continued their agitation in protest against the assault of some journalists by the internee doctors.

The journalists and some social organization held a rally at Zero Point of Rajshahi to protest the gruesome attack on Sunday.

They demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishment to the culprits.
