DHAKA: A writ was filed with High Court Wednesday challenging the ban on using tinted glass in vehicles.

Advocate Monjil Morshed filed the writ and hearing will be held on Sunday.

The hearing will be held with HC bench comprising Justice Mirza Hussain Hyder and Muhammad Khurshid Alam.

In the wake of rise in the incidents of abduction across over the country, the government banned the use of black or tinted glasses on microbuses from May 10.
