A fire erupted in front of the central office of the Jatiya Party in the Bijoynagar area of Dhaka on Thursday evening around 7:00 PM.

The identity of those responsible for the fire remains unknown. 

According to Inspector (Investigation) Payel Hossain from Ramna Police Station, around 200 to 250 individuals entered the Jatiya Party office shortly after 7:30 PM, removed several tables and chairs, and ignited them in front of the party's logo.

The fire has been doused, and police are currently investigating to identify those involved in the incident, the official added.
