DHAKA: Indian Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee will visit Bangladesh on August 7.

During his visit, Pranab Mukherjee will finalise a date for the official visit of Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.

Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh is likely to pay a visit to Bangladesh in October, official sources in Delhi told banglanews24.com.bd earlier.   

“Both New Delhi and Dhaka are working on his two-day official visit,” said one source.  

In order to make the Indian Premier’s visit a success, the Indian Finance Minister will visit Dhaka to do the spadework.
