DHAKA: BNP central committee special secretary Nadim Mostafa, also Rajshahi district unit president, was detained from his Gulshan residence of the city early Monday.

The joint team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) and Detective Branch (DB) of police conducted a drive in Nadim’s residence and detained him around 4:00am.

BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s press wing officer Shamsuddin Didar confirmed the matter to banglanews around 6:45am.
