GAIBANDHA: A district court remanded 10 leaders and activists of Jamaat in MP Liton murder case for one day each.

The court of Gaibandha additional chief judicial magistrate Moynul Hasan Yusuf passed the order on Sunday (February 5) noon.

Earlier on December 31 in 2016, unknown assailants shot the ruling Awami League Gaibandha-1 (Sundarganj) lawmaker Manjurul Islam Liton inside his home in the upazila around 6 pm.
Liton was declared dead at 7:40pm after he had been taken to Rangpur Medical College Hospital.
