DHAKA: BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir commented that there is no alternative of a government by the people to protect the rights of the working class.

Fakhrul was addressing a gathering in the capital’s Nayapaltan, organized by BNP's labor wing Jatiyatabadi Sramik Dal, marking the historic May Day on Monday (May 1).

Jatiyatabadi Sramik Dal brought out a huge rally at the end. 

BNP standing committee member Nazrul Islam Khan, senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi were among others attended the rally.
