RAJSHAHI: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday reiterated that the people of the country get something when Awami League assumes power.

The premier, also ruling Awami League president, came up with the claim while addressing a rally at Dewla Ena Park field of Bagmara of the district in the afternoon.

Hasina said, “When people cast vote at boat symbol they get something from the government.”

She also claimed that people live in peace during the regime of Awami League government. “So, cast vote for boat symbol and get a happy and develop country,” she said.

Bagmara upazila Awami League president and lawmaker engineer Enamul Haque presided over the rally.
