NARSINGDI: Opposition BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has started addressing a rally at Balur-Math of Narsingdi on Sunday afternoon.

Earlier, party supporters welcomed her chanting various slogans when she had reached the venue around 4:00pm.

Meanwhile, the rally began around 2:30pm with Narsingdi district BNP president Khairul Kabir Khokan in the chair. Local leaders of the party are addressing in the rally.

The leader of the opposition started her first round of visit in seven divisions Sunday to foster support for opposition’s ongoing movement for restoring caretaker government system.

The other rallies will be held on September 15 in Rajshahi, on September 16 in Rangpur, on September 22 in Khulna, on September 28 in Barisal and on October 5 in Sylhet.
