NATORE: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) personnel detained two Jubo League men with firearms in Naldanga upazila on Friday night, police said.

The detained were identified as Mahbub Hossain, 40, ward no, 5 Jubo League president of Biprobelgharia union under the upazila, and party activist Amir Hossain, 33.

Naldanga thana Officer-in-Charge said that, on information, a team of Rajshshi Rab picked up them with pipe-guns from the Haridakhlashi Primary School field in the upazila and sent them to the police station.

Belayet Hossain, Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) of RAB, filed a case with Naldanga Thana in this connection.
