DHAKA: BNP chairperson will sit with top leaders of the party on Monday (January 4) night to fix next course of action in ongoing situation ahead of January 5 program.

The meeting is scheduled to be held at party chairperson’s political office in city’s Gulshan area around 8:30pm, said chairperson’s press wing officer Shairul Kabir Khan.

He said that party’s Standing Committee members, vice chairman, chairperson’s advisers, joint secretaries general, organizing secretary and top leaders staying in Dhaka will take part in the meeting.

Party sources said in the meeting, the party leaders will fix alternative programs and next course of action if BNP is not permitted to hold rally on January 5, to protest the second year of the government.
