DHAKA: A Dhaka court has issued arrest warrant against 59 BNP leaders including Barkatullah Bulu and Habib un Nabi Khan Sohel in a case filed under explosive act. 

Dhaka Metropolitan Acting Session Judge Ruhul Amin issued the warrant after taking the charge-sheet into cognizance on Wednesday (July 27).

Public Prosecutor (PP) Tapas Kumar Paal confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said that the court issued the arrest warrant as the accused are fugitive.

However, the case was filed with Motijheel Thana in January in 2015 during BNP-called countrywide hartal.
