DHAKA: Law minister Anisul Haq on Thursday (May 4) said he is agreed with the Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha’s comment that the judicial department has no conflict with the government.
Law minister was talking to the reporters after attending a program in a city hotel on Thursday (May 4).
He said, “Judicial department is the lone place where the people can rely upon. People still have utmost trust on the judicial department.”
Each government has some over-excited staff who misguide the government and compel it to act against the people and recommend for act opposing the rule of law, the minister added.
However, Anisul Haq further said that a discussion between the head of the government and the chief justice can put an end to the misunderstanding.
Earlier, on Wednesday (May 3), the minister said that he won’t made any comment about the chief justice in public, if requires he will talk to him physically.
