Sirajganj Jamaat amir arrested

SIRAJGANJ: Police arrested the Sirajganj district amir of Jamaat-e-Islami, Shahinur Alam, 42, in the case filed over sabotage and obstructing police duty.

He was nabbed from Kazipur Mor area of Sirajganj town, at around 10:30am Tuesday (October 3).

Sirajganj Sadar Police Station Inspector (Investigation) Rafiqul Islam told Banglanews that Shahinur had arrest warrants in eight cases against him.
