DHAKA: The 16th death anniversary of Shaheed Janani Jahanara Imam (mother of the martyrs) was observed today (Saturday) with due tribute to the late mother figure.

To mark the day, Shaheed Janani Memorial Museum arranged an exhibition.

The exhibition started at 10am and continued till 5:00pm at the Museum, Konika, 355, Shaheed Janani Jahanara Imam road (old elephant road).

The photographs and the things that Shaheed Janani and her family members used were displayed on the occasion.

A multimedia presentation also focused on the personal life of Shaheed Janani, her contribution during the Liberation War and the movement of Ekatturer Ghatok Dalal Nirmul Committee.
